Address Abuse and Neglect
Disability Rights DC (DRDC) monitors inpatient facilities, schools, and community-based residential and day settings. We also investigate and advocate to address complaints of improper seclusion, restraint, and other abusive and neglectful conduct in these settings if impacted individuals qualify under these programs: Mental Health, Developmental Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Physical Disabilities (see below).
